There is NO New Cases of the Virus on Vancouver Island and only one person still in Hospital, on the entire length of Vancouver Island.

***Our Central Vancouver island Real Estate Market is back (although we never did stop selling during Covid-19)  with sales:

*in the 60 Plus percent of yearly averages,

*Prices are not only stable but  a bit up

*Best yet Our Remax First Realty office is open again.

We have been operating from our in home office and on our Cellular phones for months and it is great to be out and able to talk to people and visit our clients..

Vancouver Island has been blessed to have escaped the virus and again is protected by that narrow strip of protected water from many social and economic  issues facving Canada and the world.  No, here we have not seen any increase in depressing news issues, we have no migrant workers, our people are returning to work with help wanted ads in the newspapers. To top that off Spring came in early with an extended warm entry  and our beaches are open.

Vancouver Island has prices substancially lower than greater Vancouver and we are  seeing  interest from those who have found out they can work remotely and have discouvered they  have the opertunity to escape polution, many social issues and enjoy a great life style weather at age 30 or in retirement;  we have something particularly in the Parksville, Nanaimo and Courtenay areas for you.

While on our website take a quick visit to our Listing search engines, please note if your interested in Commercial almost 40% of the Commercial Listings are sold prior to being circulated in for sale flyers or websites.  call us and ask how we can as your realtors give you a market advantage in Buying or Selling.
